American Leak Detection of the Triad

Someone recommended me here. I spoke with Ken first and found out he had retired. He was very helpful and nice. He told me to call the office and they would take care of me. I called and spoke with Heather. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the work the technician would do when they arrived. When Brandon arrived he was very friendly and helpful. He let me explain my problems and he brought his tools in and started working. He took his time and checked everything upstairs and downstairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. I would recommend this place if you even think you have a leak.

Amazing experience with this company. Friendly service with a 2 hour window that was met earlier but communicated this in advance. BJ was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything before leaving. A follow up call was received shortly after to inquire how things went and if any further assistance was needed. I would highly recommend them for any leak detection or plumbing needs you may have.

After calling American Leak they were able to be here within less than 2 hours. B.J., the technician, was kind and professional. The work was completed quickly. I so appreciate their professionalism and ability to find my leak allowing me to fix this issue and again have water!

I'm thankful these folks provided camera and jetting services - most plumbing companies tried to snake the blockage, but it did not last, nor did it reveal the nature of the problem. I've often used American Leak Detection for under-slab water leaks, and will use them for their water jetting for back ups in the future.

Great experience! The appointment was easy to schedule, technician arrived in time and was very friendly, and I felt like they gave me a fair price for the leak detection price. I hopefully will never need to do this again, but American Leak Detection is clearly the leader for the job in the triad!

BJ was awesome! It took less than an hour for him to find and mark the issue. The company is a bit pricey, and I was not thrilled that they have a 4% upcharge for credit cards, but the service was great.
